is there any free software to stop my cousins deleting there history or is there a registry key i can enter?

      No.

      All Users can delete their own history.

      Unless you "mirror" the temporary files folder, then there is no way you can find out what they were up to.

      I suggest that you set up separate User accounts if they are using your PC, then it doesn't really matter what they do inside those accounts.

      Just make sure you have really good Anti-Virus, Firewall and Spyware protection configured to protect the whole PC and -all- Users.

      If you are using VISTA go to start menu, then control panel, then User Accounts. Select their accounts and change them to standard users. You will also see the option to setup parental controls. From there you can set which website they can visit, what times they access the net and what content can be view while on the net. It also give you a report of which sites they have visited while on the web. What was downloaded any games that were played and lots or other stuff. You can also block certain programs and websites.
      Set your accout to adiminstrator, add a password and they can't change anything that you setup.
