If you're trying to find out who is texting you, I THINK (not sure) that you can log into the web site for your cell phone company and using your cell phone number and password review all the "business" from your cell phone - calls sent as well as calls received.
If you're trying to HIDE them from somebody else, I'm not sure if that's possible. Is it a parent, or a spouse that you're trying to hide text messages or phone calls from? If so, I would say you're walking a fine line - a tight rope - and it will come back to bite you. Not a good idea, but that's just my opinion, and I don't really have the facts in this case, who or why, etc.
