I use zonealarm firewall, avira personal edition classic, malware sweeper latest version, and superantispyware 4.0. Yesterday it said ur computer has malware and it is at risk. And i need to get rid of it i dont want some to be hacking my stuff.. I already did avira scan it detected nothing. Now im doing malware sweeper scan and superantispyware scan. Will it find it? ALso i did system restore wen it detected the malware yesterday. Ever since i system restore i dont get the malware found message anymore. I dont think i realy got rid of the malware i want to make sure. IS all this good enough to find it?

That is certainly all you need. Don't panic you can get paranoid about it if you are not careful.
