Is yahoo toolbar anti-spy better again? ?

I use to use it a long time ago but hated it when they changed it to norton anti-spy. Well when i installed a yahoo tool bar which i have not used it a long time it looks like they have a new anti-spy because it said powered by CA. But the icon on the website where you download and install it looks like a norton anti-spy icon so i canceled it. So is it really a new anti-spy or is it still junkie norton one.
