It wont let me update/download Trend Micro PC- cillin 14?

I have Trend Micro PC- cillin 14 installled and it will let me scan for virus but when i want to update, update box comes up and it goes to Step 5 and then the window closes and nothing excalty never downloads and when i do update again the same update is still there… i want to run my computer is most securited

      Uninstall Trend then reinstall it.
