My NORTON anti-virus scan found three trojans, TWO of which it calls HIGH RISK.
Apparently, it says the norton anti-virus I have can't remove them, just detect them, and I have to buy an upgraded Norton scan to get rid of them.
The links to the Norton page from the virus scanner don't work. So I don't know which version I'm supposed to buy. HELP! Which one can REMOVE these trojans!
And how do I do that once I downlaod the correct version of Norton!
I am NOT computer literate at all, so keep the lingo to a minimum…

First, make sure that you have an up to date antivirus program (If you don't, install AVG. If you have one that has expired, uninstall it with RevoUninstaller and then install AVG). I would also recommend that you use ThreatFire, Spyware Doctor Starter Edition, and Spybot. Once they are installed, disable System Restore and do full scans with all of them. Contact symantec who service Norton they should be able to help. Your help page on Norton should have an email for problems.

Ok first of all, Norton is probably infected so reinstall it. Secondly NEVER have more then one Virus protector on a computer at once they don't work right if they are on the same computer as another virus remover. After you reinstall Norton if it still dose not work download MacAfee, Avais, or any other trusted virus removel software, but remember to uninstall you other programs before installing another Anti-Virus program.

norton sucks uninstall that. a lot of people are having problemas with that crap program. I suggest you download kaspersky internet security 30 days trial to remove all that viruses.
