I've got the free upgrade disks I got from HP to to this - disk 1 is the HP upgrade utility disk and disk 2 is the Windows Vista disk. It says i definitely need to use the upgrade utility disk first - but when i insert the disk - it does nothing. Even when i run the hpupgrade.exe file it doesn't run - can anyone help?

Upgrading to Vista needs that your XP is running, Inserting the disk in CD/DVD device It should autorun, If it won't press start on the taskbar and click run, then choose setup exe.
