java error 1101 help?

well i want to play a game called runescape on high detail and to do that i need to update my java…. each time i try 2 download it and it said error 1101 and a few other stuff that i 4got i looked at the java sight and did exactly what they tole me 2 then i did the next solution and it still didnt work so please help asap i would really appreaciate it
it has nothing 2 do with the game i jsut need it 2 run i need java 2 install its says error 1101 and the installation fails

      there is a bar say "this website is blocked" or something similar. Right click on that toobar and click on the one that says "allowe this site"
      then…….
      …….play the game.
