I bought the 2010 2 year Internet Security version of Kaspersky today and I tried to install it today but I did the installation before I received the Activation Code. I then went to the registration website and I typed the Registration code and entered all my details and was waiting for the code in my email but so far a few hours later I am yet to receive my Activation code. When I go back to the registration site and put the registration code it says "Registration Code Already Used Close this window to try again" and I was wondering what can i do now?

hi ps3 slim, easy problem to correct hit start>settings>control panel if you have windows xp hit the add/remove icon but if you have vista hit programs&features and uninstall your copy of kapersky or any other virus protection and then exit make sure all your firewalls are shut off then reboot when your computer starts again install your copy of kapersky when it comes to save these settings say yes it will tell you that a copy is already installed do you want to replace it say yes. now install correctly then it will ask you do you want to register online yes now it will automaticly install then when it installs you will see an error overhead now ran a full scan and it will be gone. good luck hope i was helpful to you
