well now i can’t go to www.kaspersky.com neither www.microsoft.com idk if there is others too what shall i do i reformated my pc and installed kaspersky and the proplem happend again
IE Says Can’t Find It With DNS
I Used Live Linux OS And both websites works good so it’s not the dns proplem
i downloaded from orginal site
no i formated and installed it from scratch i don’t have backup
my router doesn’t block it as i told i can’t visit via linux
i mean i can visit from linux

you’ve reformatted your pc, installed KIS10 and still couldnt access the listed websites right?
1. Did you backup your files to the newly installed windows? If the cause of the problem is a malware infecting your previous data, a backup would reinstall the malware into your formatted pc
2. Is your KIS10 installation file downloaded from the original site?
3. Have you checked your router’s firewall if its blocking your internet?
If you answered to 1, it may be a better idea to reformat and start from scratch and redownload your stuff. You could try and scan your backup data and see if its infected
For 2, if you didnt download the installation file from the original site, please go download from it and install that instead. If you cant access the site, download it with a different pc and drag it to yours
For 3, you can access your router by typing the following into your url address "192.168.1.1", your username and password should be "admin" for both.
