Kaspersky and Pc problem help!?

I just recently formatted my Pc
andd i installed an anti virus ( McAfee) but then suddenly one day it doesnt show up no trace that it was installed
Soo i get kaspersky….
I install it butt everytime it wont run!
Ive tried like a milion times installing and uninstalling it!
I downloaded CCcleaner and it too wont run after installation like it opens then it immediately closes afterwards
WinASO Registry Optimizer Removed a few errors but it wasnt any help…
Malaware bytes didnt find anything ( Yes i updated it recently )
and to make things even worse i try going to safe mode but my pc reboots itself once i press the safe mode button!

Ughh can anyone help me with this!

Use Mcafee removal tool first before installing Kapersky.
