Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 Users, I need your help, please read?

I am new to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009. After I run a "Full Scan" on my computer, it brings up a list of few detected viruses. My question is does this program automatically fix the problems? It displays the status of each file as "Detected", not fixed, quarantined, or deleted. So is there another step I have to take at this point; if so what?

right click on settings in taskbar and go to settings
disable do not delete suspicious object
and keep the test till it finish and it autofix the problems
