Kaspersky Anti Virus and Internet Security Problem?

September 16th, 2009 · 2 Comments

Ive uninstalled Kaspersky 2009 and restarted my computer but then I found a file called avp.exe in the Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 and I cant get rid of it.
Now my computer says Ive got Kaspersky still but thats the only place I can see it.
What can I do to get rid of it completely?
Ive ran a couple of registry cleaners and I tried the removal tool but that didnt work.

You may want to reinstall and then uninstall again, but if you’re confident that removing the file will not adversely affect your system, then you could use Unlocker.

It’s freeware, and it’s pretty easy to use.
