It will pop up with a warning and you clear it out. I have it and Kaspersky's great.

You're not the only one who find this baffling. You don't need to do anything as Kaspersky delete or disinfect automatically if it's in automatic mode. It also create a backup copy of that threat and you see that in 'Detected'

Go to 'Help' then go to the 'Index' tab and then scroll down to 'Scan: action on deleted object' and hit 'Display' and you will see this

'When disinfecting or deleting an object, the application creates a backup copy in case the object needs to be restored, or an opportunity arises later to treat it.'

'If you are working in the automatic mode, the application will automatically apply the action recommended by Kaspersky Lab's experts when a dangerous object is detected. For malware objects this action is Disinfect. Delete if disinfection is not possible, for suspicious objects - Skip.'

In fact, everything is done for you already, if you install in express installation. Your firewall, internet, email, messenger and more already configured for protections, apart from vulnerabilities, you will have to sort them out yourself. They are not false positive or malware. Have a look in this link to tell you how.
