Kaspersky blocking internet?

I installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 and it completely blocked my connection to the internet. After uninstalling it now my mouse doesn’t work. Also it looks like my internet still doesn’t work. This is completely ridiculous to me. I’ve already tried unplugging my mouse and plugging it back in and a different mouse. Still nothing. It’s also 4 in the morning and I’m angry.
The mouse thing is probably the worst problem now.
