Kaspersky: delete viruses?

Well, I just downloaded kaspersky and i ran a full virus scan. Moreover, I found around 5 viruses. However, there is no delete viruses button!

please help as my english is not superb.

because i don't want to download it then run about a 5 hour scan and then it detects...

Kaspersky does it automatically, not deleting I think, rather quarantining. It just puts the virus to a safe place, that it cant harm anything. I am not sure thought.

you cannot "delete" a virus, it will always be on your computer. what kaspersky does it contain the viruses so they cannot harm you.
