at first, i was using norton it didnt detect the riskware it only detected tracking cookies. and when i uninstalled norton and downloaded kaspersky, it detected the riskware. the riskware moves from one program to another, so even i removed the infected program, the riskware is still there.

Kaspersky should have either deleted the file disinfected it or quaratined it.

i have kapersky and it will not remove the vundo trojan,no anti virus can. you need to install a vundo removal tool from symantec and follow the directions exactly the way they tell you. here is a link to get the program

Run MBSA which will scan & then report location of malware.
