Kaspersky form bestbuy is it on disc or download from internet?

I thinking about buying Kaspersky internet security from best buy about $50.00(tax included) and I have some question about best buy service and kaspersky.

Is bestbuy selling this on the internet,instore, or do I have to download it from there site(I would like to have a physical media)?(I just walking in the store and picking up from the shelve not from the counter-pick up line-dont feel like enter my cc info on there site)

Can I install 3 user pc(site didnt mention anything but the box seem to have the 3 user pc)? Bestbuy didn’t mention if this a 1 year subscription or anything.

If i buy the 09 version will I be able to upgrade to the 2010 version for free?
