I just installed Kaspersky Internet Security.
Everything went perfectly well. I updated it, let it run a full scan of the computer. Everything that's harmful was detected but, when it gives me the option to "Neutralize All" the button just doesn't..click?
I click "Neutralize All" and nothing happens…
I try "Disinfecting" all the threats but that doesn't do anything either…and i don't really want to quarantine all the threats either..
help me?

to be honest with you, kaspersky 2009 is horrible and has been reported with all sorts of errors.
But firstly i would shut everything down and reboot your pc. maybe let it run a scan again unless it remembers the results then see if you can click them then. if not i would judt get rid of kaspersky.
If you do then i suggest something like Norton 360 or Nod32.
Hope this helps.

When you d/loaded it's set to default or recommended
and KIS will deal with anything that needs deleting or that needs to be put in quarantine….so at the
moment there is nothing to disinfect and nothing
for YOU to quarantine or neutralize…..
that just leaves active threats for you to deal with.
But could i ask….What were the threats?
