Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 help!!!!!!?
Ok so after i run a full scan on my computer it comes up and says i have 8 vulnerabilities detected on my laptop. What exactly does this mean??? I am very confused, does kaspersky delete these or fix them, or do i have to do it manually? Also it gives me the option to Quarantine them, what does that mean?? I dont think its a virus but this whole program is confusing to me, if anyone could help that would be great. Thanks

Ok..Here is the answer simply:
Vulnerabilites means that you have some programmes may be reported by ordinary users or by experienced people to kaspersky labs that it is running some suspecious activity with internet..
for abstract the reported items on your computer are labile to be attacked, but if the found items on your computer are trusted like microsoft progarmmes, winamp, etc.. so don`t care about it .. & for more safe there is a link beside each detected item directs you to kaspersky to give you information & suggested solution like giving you a link to more safer version..
for quarantine it is to isolate the items of danger & stop their trials to surrounding environment..
Don`t be worry anyway usually this message appear with latest versions of programmes like microsoft office 2007 applications & winamp.. & they are usually related to the reports they send to their sites about your current version, errors, available updates & so on..
so don`t` be worry if it is a trusted programme..
Finally I hope you got the clue & I was helpful for you..
& sorry for long explaination..
