i have a kaspersky 2009 internet secuirty and everything is in order, the key is legit and the program is legit and everything but when i click on "update" it takes forever and it doesn't download anything at all ! but i have internet connection that is working perfectly and so is everything else, one thing that i might have done wrong is that i disabled couple of services a few hours ago and i don't know if that has effected the program and thats why its not updating anymore, could you possible explain how can i get the updates from kaspersky and if thats not possible WHAT are the services that kaspersky is depended on in order to get there updates ? maybe i disabled some programs that kaspersky needs in order to uptate its databases. PLEASE help me out thank you.
