When I try to install Kaspersky, it says it detected incompatible software. It says Mcafee Internet Security with Siteadvisor is on my PC but I uninstalled it long ago. How can I get Mcafee “uninstalled”? I deleted everything i could find for Mcafee already.

Too much to type, and pointless because I got the answer via a Google search rather than personal experience anyway - it’s a known issue for which Kaspersky have provided a work around:

You “deleted”?
The ONLY correct way to uninstall is to actually *uninstall*: Start - Settings - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs
Just deleting files and folders leaves a heap of settings sitting in the Registry.
Re-install McAfee (overwrite whatever it finds), and then uninstall it again - the right way.
After that, maybe run a program like CCleaner to get rid of the last remains in the Registry.
