Kaspersky Internet Security will not allow me to install or play games online.?

Whenever I want to play games online, the internet security will not allow me too install or play them. I've checked and there are no restrictions set to games so I'm at a lost for what to do. Any advice?

      right click on Kapersky and click on 'allow popups during this session'
