kaspersky internet securtiy question?

i run scan it finds detected items but it doesnt let me do anything besides remove from list. i remove them do scan again and they are still there. i bought it 3 days ago installed it fine on 3 computers. does anyone know how to use this product? i called there support waited 25 minutes and was hung up on. then i went to live chat and for the past hour it says theres a 21 minute wait.

      Change Antivirus, Avast = Best free anti virus there is

      It might be because your license is just for 1 computer other wise you need to uninstall it and install it again but use the safe mode
      this might work

      As long as the Kaspersky is running there is nothing to worry about.
      You will not be interferred with by the items.
      You have time to find out what you need from tech support. I find it is better to email them and go about my everyday business and let them get back next business day and it happens like it is right away.
      Remember;
