Kaspersky lab problems?

Once again , yesterday , my laptop slowed down horrifically and I realized that I needed to carry out a virus scan - so I have and as I expected , a load of crap has been picked up - but how do I delete it ? , it detects it , and puts it onto a list , but it doesn’t allow me to disinfect/ delete it - how do I delete it manually ?
