Kaspersky question: How do you delete threats?

I just ran a scan and afterwards it took me back to the main screen, so it didn’t say you have X number of problems. So I clicked on the bottom where it says "Detected" and it says 7 vulnerabilities/7 threats and I right-clicked it and these are my only options:
Go to description
Add to exclusions
Open folder where file was initially located
Delete from List
Clear List

The one I want is "disinfect all" but that one is not an option. How do i get rid of all of these 7 threats?
