Kaspersky wont let me connect to the net, I lose my network connection.?

Kaspersky wont let me connect to the internet when I use my ethernet connection, I must uninstall the program to connect, and when I reinstall during the install process I lose my network connection. I have tried disabling the program but that does not work, I must uninstall. When I connect to the net via usb with kaspersky it connects just fine, its just with ethernet. And I want my ethernet connection because it triples my download speed. Any Ideas? Thanks Much!
