Kaspersky won't let me neutralize my viruses HELP!?

I HAVE VIRUSES ON MY COMPUTER IT TELLS ME TO NERTRALIZE THEM BUT WHEN I PRESS NERTALIZE ALL IT DOESNT DO ANYTHING WHAT DO I DO

      Keep on doing it till it works. The viruses that the cp has are strong so keep dong that. It will make it weaker and weaker till it's ready to kill it

      To Help Kaspersky About to Remove Virus in you Computer. First Turn off System Restore Steps to turn off System Restore

      1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
      2. In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab.
      3. Click to select the Turn off System Restore check box. Or, click to
      select the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box.
      4. Click OK.
      5. When you receive the following message, click Yes to confirm that you
      want to turn off System Restore.

      Then After Restart you Computer Safe Mode With Networking how to Restart?
      1. Log out and reboot your machine.
      2. When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key
      repeatedly.
      3. Select Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.
      4. When the log in screen comes up, log in as Administrator. By default,
      Administrator has no password.
      5. The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look
      different. In The Safe Mode With Networking Then Download and Scan By Using

      7. After Remove Virus in you Computer Turn On system Restore Steps to turn on
      System Restore

      1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

      2. In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab.
      3. Click to clear the Turn off System Restore check box on all drives check
      box.
      4. Click OK.

      After a few moments, the System Properties dialog box closes Then
      Restart you Computer.

      Try restarting your computer after you click Neutralize. A lot of times Kaspersky will destroy the infection on boot up.

      Also try turning off system restore. Run a scan let Kaspersky find the infections and delete them or quarantine them then turn system restore back on. Sometimes you may get an infection that Kaspersky can't resolve, this is the case with any program.

      If nothing works go to Kaspersky Forum they will have you run a script to destroy the infection. You have to create a free account.

      P.S kaspersky didn't detect "vulnerabilities" did it?
