kernel data inpage error (blue screen crash)?

this has happened to me twice now, but i just restart and XP takes a bit longer to load but the cpu works fine afterwards.

HOW do i fix it because i love my computer.

NOTE: Just moments before the crash occurs, i have been on Mozilla Firefox just browsin around, then i notice it chuggs and lags a bit, then BOOM the crash=[
