I recently downloaded Audacity, and now I'm trying to convert what I cut into an .mp3 format, but it tells me that I must download the lame_enc.dll. When I go to the ACTUAL owners website (http://lame.buanzo.com.ar), it stops downloading at 20%. I've tried it on Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer AND Oprah, and it's always the same result. Is there another website that's safe to download this? Or am I not doing something correctly on this website?
Please keep in mind that I'm not an illiterate computer user, so I followed the instructions down to the very last detail.

Possibly a server side issue.
The link you gave takes me to a site that looks very unlegit and unprofesional. (However, according to Audacity on sourceforge.net that is the correct site.)
I found a mirror, however, I'm not sure how safe the mirror will be.

If you don't want to try the mirror, wait a while and try to download from the original site again.
