Laptop Operating System Problems With Vista Ultimate?

I have got a Presario F750US Notebook PC that come with Vista Home premium, but I decided to upgarde it to Vista Ultimate and now none of the devices work properly I have no drivers for them. Does any ody know where I could get them.

      The manufacturer's website has drivers. Go to http://www.compaq.com and select "support", then "Software & Driver downloads" and enter your model number, then select "Windows Vista".
