Ok, I have Toshiba Laptop that won't boot up Windows XP. When I turn it on, I get the We apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not load successfully. A recent hardware or software may have caused this, etc. I tried to reboot on safe mode but it sent me back to this screen. I also tried to make it reset to the last good known configuration but, as the same with safe mode and continuing to windows, after it counts down 22 sec it trys to boot up on the Windows XP logo page with the blue curser sliding left to right. Then the screen goes black for like 5 to 10 sec then goes blue for 2 sec and then completely restarts the whole process over again. Any ideas? I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.
I've had the laptop for about a year and sine I got it I've been using Windows XP, as it came with it.

Sounds like it's time to reinstall XP

what was the last hardware you added or software you installed on this laptop? remove hardware or uninstall software then try again.
maybe this is a good time to scan computer for virus. if you don't already have one installed, visit mcafee or norton site for a free trial on their anti-virus software then buy software if you're satisfied.
