Latest version of Adobe Flash Player is not working in latest version of Firefox. Help please!!!?

June 6th, 2008 · 2 Comments

I've installed the latest version of Adobe Flash many times and it doesn't want to work in the latest version of Firefox. For instance, a YouTube video starts playing for about 2 seconds with no volume then stops.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the player several times. Occasionally, it'll work for the first play, but then stops working.

I've tried editing my firewall settings, but that doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas?

Thanks!!!
To clarify, I'm still using Firefox v2.0.0.14, so it's not the latest version that's currently in Beta.

Latest version of Firefox is mad after A F P latest version. If you notice even Firefox plug ins are not available for Firefox 3.5 as it is beta version. Suggestion is go back to 2.x.x version
