limewire and firewall help?

i have xp
and one day it said if i wanted to block limewire and to not block it so i just blocked it, and i did unistall it then reinstalled it
then i went to properties and i saw a sumthing that said to unblock it so i did but nothing any help please..?

      Try clicking on : file > connect
      This is on Limewire page — upper top left hand side.

      If you cant connect try disabling your firewall.
      If u can after that on the panel control click on firewall or something, then in the tab exceptions add limewire.
