Hi I recently updated a paid version of AD-Aware/Ad-Watch and it completely changed my system and I think played with the registry - BEWARE of this update!!!!. Most of the little icons in my toolbar that showed on startup are missing and I dont know what is starting up and what is not or how to get them to load and show in the toolbar. Some programs are running but I cant get the icons to show in the toolbar, even the volume control wont show there when I open it. How do I get programs to show in the toolbar again? Customer care are not interested in helping me.

If you have vista right click to tool bar (bottom left hand) and click properties then customize

run Msconfig then check the programs that you wanted to show under the startup tab. If your computer is an xp version
