Locked 2 gig PNY mini sd memory card (cell phone) default password?

I upgraded my cell phone and the new one is asking for a password - I never entered one in before. I have tried 0000, 0123,01234,1234,12345, and the last 4 of my phone number… Thank you in advance for any help.

I do not want to reformat and lose videos and music stored on card.

The mini SD has a lock on the upper, left corner. Slide it down.
