Emailed tech support twice and received two responses. They said subscription was current. I wrote back each time they did not solve problem. Now they are saying my subscription has expired. I bought at Circuit City one month ago. Now they are not responding except to say subscribe. How do I talk to someone without having to pay for the call? Should I just remove the #&*% thing and never use Norton again? If I use Delete Programs list will it remove everything? They are sneaky about leaving stuff behind so where do I look to make sure.
