Mac- Bootcamp, crash 10 seconds into login

When i login, it takes about 10 seconds for my computer to crash. I have an iMac running 10.4.7 using boot camp beta with windows installed on a 40 gig partition. I barely even have time to quit anything that comes up (Skype, Xfire, Avast, things that might cause a crash) Sometimes the problem persists, sometimes it will go away for a month. I need help.
