This is a CRT monitor I assume.

Monitors are designed to work in a certain range.

If you run the monitor outside this range and it works, you could shorten the life of the monitor - this is especially true of CRT monitors.

You state it is buzzing - this is not a good condition.

You are likely overloading the transformers (power and flyback)

There is no safe way to over-clocking a monitor.

Continue over driving your monitor and you will be replacing the transformer(s) or the monitor.

      Good Luck
