Maplestory Installation! DLL file has been altered or forged… plz help!?

I installed Maplestory up to the point of where it gives u the screen that has the play game button(bottom right). and when i click play then it closes and says:
(a bunch of words) DLL file altered or forged… then it lists the files such as ********.dll

how do i fix this???

i read one of the other questions on here that says to go to the dll download sites and download the missing files… is this also true?
