McAfee Anti-Virus is showing false positive and doesnt care!?

McAfee will not accept it and even Sony agrees that their welcome to vaio life is being picked up as a false positive and mcafee doesn’t care.
It shows VHE.exe which is the Vaio Home Entertainment as a trojan, but when installing the new one from sony it too shows as a virus and stops the installation and Mcafee wanted me to pay they to tell them they have a false positive and sony even made a incident report and wants them to call sont and fix it, but when will mcafee do anything, any help or just live with it in my quarentined file?
