anti-virus websites won't open
is it because of a virus?
how can i delete this virus if by any chance there is one?
how can i remove it by not going to any anti-virus websites?

Yes this is a virus.
Reboot into safemode (Hold F8 while it's rebooting)
You can then go back to a previous restore point using the System Restore utility.

try these sites if it doesnt open you have a virus known as the :
Conficker C.Worm
http://microsoft.com
http://TrendMicro.com
http://safer-networking.org
if those sites dont work u have the virus and no way to fix them

Go to a a store and buy a anti-virus CD OR go on another computer and put a flash drive in it and download a anti-virus and put it into your computer.

uninstall mcafee download kaspersky trial ,scan in safe mode or install trail avira premium scan in safe mode.
