McAfee Corporate Restrictions Bypass?

Alright, my company has McAfee setup so that I have no UI controls, everything is grayed out. I hate it…I figured out how to bypass it about a year ago with modifying user access settings. But, I can’t figure out how to do it again for the life of me. I’m trying to get Skype allowed, but it blocks and says that it stopped an intrusion! Thanks for the help!
