mcafee internet security help?? ?

i need some help on mcafee internet security if there are some experts out there please help me i have mcafee registered and everything and i am did a full scan and i found 14-15 viruses and successfully removed 12 of them and i have 2 trojans left and i cannot seem to get id of them. i remove them from the quarantine list (does that remove them from my computer?) and a pop up on the side keeps coming up saying mcafee has blocked the virus automatically and now they are in quarantine and i keep removing but they just keep coming back HELP!!!
