I got McAfee antivirus along with my comcast internet service. I downloaded and installed it just fine, but when I try to open the program, the McAfee window just shows up blank. Another thing, I think there is supposed to be an icon in the bottom right corner of the task bar, but I don't have one… I have restarted my computer plenty of times, but nothing seems to be working.
Please help if you can!

Maybe because your computer doesnt fit the reqrmnts of McAfee . . if ur using windos 2000 or xp u need to have an operating system with service pack(sp) 2 or service pack 4 . . or ur computer memory shoud have at least 3 gig . . McAfee has 1 ++ gig . . u also need 2 cheack how much memory u have left . . u can view how much space u have by clicking the start button at the bottom left part of ur desktop then go to my computer then dble click it . . i hope i answered ur concern . . for more info , i recommnd you to call technical support 4 comcast . .
