McAfee Security center help (I’ve got trojans?)?

Ok so my computers been seriously playing up, and i did a full scan with McAfee, it turned out that there are 2 Trojans and to fix it say scan after restart. I turned off comp and turned it back on went onto "Restore" and saw the 2 trojans. I then picked the option "send to McAfee" will that get rid of the Trojans? It was the only option available and these trojans are really annoying me.

Any advice, help, answers please this has really been annoying me.

      MacAfee sucks!!

      i had it and it ran too many processes in the backgroudn and did not protect me

      Avira Antivir Personal is the best

      it found 4 trogans neither mcafee,bitdefender,windows defender,amlware bytes were UNABLE TO FIIND!!

      plus as soon as a threat enter your computer it blocks it asap and alerts you in waht to do next without being very busy
