McAfee Site advisor on yahoo toolbar — how to delete?

I just redownloaded the yahoo toolbar after a cleanup–no matter how many times i delete it from my Add/Delete menu, the fricking McAfee Site Advisor keeps popping up. Is there a way to permanently delete it? I’ve unchecked it from my “view toolbar” option, but every time i restart, it comes back. It’s driving me nuts that I can’t figure this out!
