Also can you have all 3? I do currently have McAfee Site Advisor and WOT both running with no problems.
I am just talking about about site advisor programs here but the anti-virus protection that i am currently running is McAfee Internet Security 2009 which already inculdes McAfee Site Advisor.

I have never tried WOT, but I have tried Mcafee site advisor and AVG linkscanner and I like AVG the best. But if you download a lot of things, it gives you a lot of false warnings on links. Gets kinda annoying.

In my opinion after using and learning more about these type services, they are for the most part not worth the effort or resources.
I do occassionally check a specific site using Site Advisor and
sometimes it helps and sometimes it is lacking in info or has
incorrect info.
I use Firefox and it has a built in protection from bad sites and other
protections that you can't get in IE such as NoScript and AdBlock Plus
that protects you from getting malware just by visiting an infected site.

So you can stop using McAfee Site adviser because you are running McAfee Internet Security.
I have WOT, but the program I even like better is Browser Defender
