mcafee subcription trouble on vista!!!!!!!!!HELP?

hi i ad a mcafee disc for my vista pc bck last year and it expires in 3 days time. so i bought a new mcafee disc but looks exacly the same as last year. i took off the old mcafee and reinstalled it with the new 1 but it comes up saying ” you have 3 days subscritpion be4re it expires, but i just bought a new disc? last year i registers to mcafee cos it wanted me 2 for recent updates on threats. do i need to delete the account if so how do i?
