I´m using McAfee Virus Scan since a while and I recently noted that my Limewire can´t connect, even start completely. Has someone go trough this problem too? How to solve it?
Please give me detailed instructions, thanks in advance.

That happened to me all the time. I never figured out the problem. Sometimes, for whatever reason, Limewire just won't connect.
You can try uninstalling it and then installing it again.
Or, what I did was download Frostwire! It's pretty much exactly the same as Limewire, but with a different name. And I've never had any problems with connecting! I recommend it!

Obviously McAfee is much smarter than you are.
It knows about viruses and trojans and such.

i'd recomend ares its a virus free peice of software tht does the same job as limewire and frostwire but better in my opinion. ive used frostwire in the past and i always ended up downloading virus's instead of the song i wanted if u do decide to download ares heres the link: http://www.aresgalaxy.sourceforge.net/
